Joe Richter began his musical journey at an early age. Soon after seeing Billy Joel perform, he was inspired to teach himself to play piano, guitar, and harmonica.
Currently a solo artist, Joe has played with several bands over the years, even recording in Nashville. His influences include Van Morrison, Billy Joel and Elvis Presley. Joe's blend of acoustic folk/rock and pop is a treat for anyone who truly enjoys showmanship and music at its finest. Joe's goal is to play to larger, more diverse audiences, eventually leading to his dream of being a full-time musician.
"Sing us a song you’re the pianoman" doesn't often ring more truly than it does during Joe Richter's performances.
